Dr. Sarah Clark is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus in neuropsychology and cognitive neuroscience from Georgia State University. She has also completed specialized training in neuropsychology and neurorehabilitation through her internship and postdoctoral fellowship at VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Dr. Clark has expertise in neuropsychological assessment and intervention for a variety of medical and neurological conditions across the adult lifespan, including neurodegenerative disease, stroke, and traumatic brain injury.  She is passionate about using cognitive assessment to tailor interventions optimizing quality of life in those with neurological conditions and their families. Dr. Clark provides neuropsychological assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, and family support/training services. Recent research interests include developing caregiver education materials for family members of Veterans with brain injuries.
