Neuropsychological evaluations may be requested for non-clinical purposes. We work with many clients, families, lawyers, and employers to complete the following specialty evaluations. Of note, the evaluations listed below are not covered by medical insurance policies as they are not medically indicated. Conservatorship, Testamentary Capacity & Undue Influence Evaluations
Evaluations can be requested to determine if a person retains the capacity to make certain decisions (i.e., make a will, manage their finances, control their healthcare) or to determine if the person has made certain decisions under undue influence.

Civil Personal Injury Cases
Evaluations may be requested assess for psychological or neuropsychological impairments due to an injury or traumatic event.

Independent Medical Examination (IME)
Evaluations may be requested to assess an injury or illness that is not work-related. IMEs are commonly held in the context of worker’s compensation cases, disability claims, and personal injury litigation.

Fitness for Duty
Organizations may request that an employee undergo this type of evaluation to determine if their employee is able to perform necessary job duties in a manner that is safe, reliable and consistent.
