About Us

Our team has extensive experience providing effective, compassionate treatment for individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, and coping with the ups and downs of life. Our psychologists employ evidence-based techniques, utilize treatments that have been extensively researched, and adapt approaches to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.  Approaches to therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based approaches. The client’s needs and the expertise of the psychologist will help guide the most appropriate treatment approach. Both in-person and virtual sessions are offered.

What to expect

Individuals meet with a therapist typically on a weekly or biweekly basis. We focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals can discuss their current struggles, process and work through pain, learn specific methods to cope with stressful situations and strong emotions, identify unhelpful ways of thinking, and understand and accept life transitions.
